Starting the AI course flow

Setting up your course
You'll be guided through several steps to give the AI everything it needs to generate a great outline.
Title your project
Give your course a working title. This helps you identify the course in your library and gives the AI context for the content it generates.
Add your files
Upload one or more source files for the AI to use as reference material. These provide the knowledge base the AI draws from when building your course.

- Maximum file size: 5 GB
Tip: The more relevant material you provide, the better the AI can structure your course. Upload the documents that contain the core knowledge you want the course to cover.
Write your objective
The objective is your prompt to the AI. Describe what you want the course to achieve. Be specific about the goals, key topics, and outcomes you expect.
Define your audience
Tell the AI who this course is for. This helps shape the tone, complexity, and approach of the generated content.
Select a duration
Choose the target length for your course:

5 to 10 minutes
10 to 15 minutes
15 to 30 minutes
40 to 60 minutes
Configure course specifications
Finally, you'll answer a series of questions that help the AI tailor the course to your needs:

These choices shape how the AI structures the course, how much content is included per lesson, and how the learning experience flows.
Reviewing the course outline
Once you've provided all the details, the AI generates a course outline. This is the first output of the AI course creation process, and it gives you a chance to shape the course before any content is generated. The outline includes:
- A list of all the lessons the AI will generate
- A key objective for each lesson
- The key learning objectives within each lesson
This is your opportunity to review and refine the structure. You can:
- Edit lesson objectives to adjust the focus of a lesson
- Edit learning objectives to add, remove, or reword specific outcomes
- Remove lessons or content that aren't relevant to your goals
- Restructure the course to better match the flow you have in mind
Tip: Take a few minutes to review the outline before generating. It's much easier to adjust the structure now than to rework a fully generated course later.
Generating the course
Once you're happy with the outline, select Generate course. The AI will populate the full course with content based on your outline, source material, and specifications.
