You can easily transfer your drafts between different workspaces, allowing for better collaboration and organization.
How to Move a Draft
🎬 Click on the "..." button and select "Move to workspace".
👤 You can only move drafts you have created—not drafts created by others.
👥 If you need to transfer someone else's draft, first duplicate it in the current workspace, then move the duplicated version.
Key Features
- Work Efficiently: Create videos in your personal workspace and move them when ready.
- Keep Originals: If you prefer to retain a copy, duplicate the draft before moving it.
Important Notes
- You can only move drafts that you have personally created.
- You can only move drafts between 2 personal workspaces or 2 organisational workspaces.
- It is not possible to move a draft from an organisational workspace to a personal workspace and vice versa.
- Drafts can be moved to workspaces where you have an owner, admin, or editor role—not a viewer role.

Instant Avatars and uploaded fonts do not transfer:
- The avatar will revert to a default one upon moving.
- Custom fonts will be replaced with default options.
