Brand kit 🎨

The brand kit feature allows you to use your company logo, colours, and fonts in your videos.

It ensures consistency across all your videos, making it easy for your audience to recognise and remember your brand.

How do I set up my brand kit?

1. Select Assets → Brand kits on the left sidebar.

2. Click the New brand kit button

3. Add text styles, brand colours, your logo, and fonts.

   • You can upload a custom font by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the + sign to upload it.

4. Done!

⚠️ Your font must be saved as a TTF, or True Type Font, file before uploading to Colossyan.

How do I use my brand kit in a draft?

• To use your text styles, click Text and select your Brand kit in the pop-up window.
   

• To use your logo, click Media → Library → Select your logo (or click the black Upload button if it's not there yet.)
   

• To update one of our existing templates with your Brand kit, click on Insert new Scene or the ➕ sign, select the template, and apply your Brand kit on the left. Click on the scene to insert it.

How do I apply the brand kit to my document?

1. Click on AI video creator on the home page
   
   
    
2. Upload your document or write a prompt to create your draft.
3. Select a template
4. Select your Brand kit
   
   

Who has access to my brand kits?

Brand Kits are owned by the user who creates them.

Brand Kits are shared in the Workspace they are created in.

Brand Kits can be shared with other Workspaces.

Brand Kits can be unshared with a Workspace.

Brand Kits must be shared in at least one Workspace at all times.

If a Brand Kit is shared in a Workspace, members can use that Brand Kit in videos.
